What a credit buys

Every job shows its price before you start. Images cost the same per version; video is priced by the second.

Image ad, per language and format: 2 credits
Resize only, per format: 2 credits
Video dub, first language: 0.5 credits a second (at least 5)
Video dub, each further language: 0.25 credits a second
Each extra video format: 40% of that language’s rate
Subtitles only, per format: 0.1 credits a second
Lip-sync, per language: 0.4 to 1 credit a second, by model
Upload, analysis, script review, captions preview: Free

Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. You choose a plan before your first localization and can cancel at any time.

Do image and video ads use the same credits?

Yes. One balance covers both, so you can spend a month’s credits however you need.

What happens to credits I do not use?

They roll over at the end of the month and stay available while your account is active.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

What if a render fails?

The credits for a video render that fails are returned automatically. If an image comes out wrong, report it from its preview.

Can I get a refund?

You can ask for a refund of 50% of a subscription payment within 30 days of the charge. The terms of service set out the conditions.
