Questions about languages
Why are there fewer languages for video?
A dubbed line has to fit the time the original line took. Each video language has a speaking rate measured from real voiceovers that sets how long its lines may be, and the video list holds the languages that have one.
Are regional variants supported?
English comes in UK, US and Australian versions for images and video. Image ads also offer Portuguese for Portugal and for Brazil, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
What about right-to-left languages?
Arabic and Hebrew are available for image ads. The translation is correct, but right-to-left text in a layout built for left-to-right can sit or wrap awkwardly, so check those versions closely. Video does not offer them.
How do I check a language I do not speak?
Image versions show each translated text block with verification flags, and video versions let you read and edit the script. Before anything goes live, ask a fluent reviewer to approve the final wording.
